All in Vain

It was a tough one to take down the Wood on Wednesday night. Apart from a couple of wins, the Righteous have been on a poor run of form over the last few months. But we played really well down the Wood, and with around ten minutes left looked to be on the way to a victory. But as you will have already surmised by the structure of the previous sentance, we didn't. The cock munchers dug deep, and managed to pull off a two goal win, when all looked lost. It's not all bad. We probably should have won. Hopefully this will finally prove to the defeatist Crespo that we aren't as shit as he thinks we are. But then again we do need to start winning, and fast. It's mid July and we are in a bit of a hole, trailing by six games. I reckon next week we may be ready to turn the corner.....

Moment of Match
For comedic value you can't beat Shouty's goal keeping. Watching him get tangled up in his own legs as the ball tamely rolls towards him is in a word...priceless. But it would be unfair to single his one moment of (well two) madness. No this weeks is a joint effort, involving Crespo and Jamon, who bickered through the entirety of the game over a "pushing" incident in the first five minutes. Although not as classic as the goading that goes on between Jamon and Shotgun, which is worthy of TV series, it still tickled me, and proves just how much the Queen of the MoFo is pining for his profligate Nemesis.
