So-So Start

Well if the Bantams start to the new season has been disappointing, at least 1860's has been mediocre. They got off to a flyer against Koblenz, winning 2-0. Last seasons top scorer, Benni Lauth wasted no time opening his account for the new season, and new signing, American International Kenny Cooper scored on his league debut. Surprisingly, only 25,800 showed up for the season opener. They must have all been still hogging the sun loungers in Benidorm. Anyway, their winning streak was cut short at one, after they lost this weekend away to Hansa Rostock, 2-1. Big Benni Lauth was on the score sheet again.
